LOUNGE
The coal fire and original touches gives this room a cosy and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable furnishings; coloured television and video with a big variety of books aid relaxation. The garden and sea can be viewed from the window and the owner's artwork adorning the walls, together with collections of 'Old' and 'New' blending harmoniously together, make this a charming room.

BEDROOM 1
A tastefully decorated twin bedded and carpeted room with ample storage space available in the quality traditional pine furniture. The south window overlooks the garden towards the sea and a further small west window opens out to the small walled-in garden at the gable-end of the house capturing the late afternoon sunshine.

BEDROOM 2
Another comfortable and tastefully furnished twin bedded room with a window facing out over the fields. A bunk bed can be assembled on request.

KITCHEN
An exposed wall of original stone at one side of this room, and hand built pine cabinets surrounded by owner's hand painted tiles, unite the 'Old' and the 'New' with modern conveniences making this room not only efficient but also delightful to work and dine in. Stone tiles cover the floor and a 'Cottage Style' pine table with six chairs create a cosy atmosphere for dining. An electric hob with electric grill and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven; washer and tumble dryer are some of the many amenities on offer. An access door to the outside leads to the garden and patio. The south facing window overlooks the garden and sea. An ample supply of kitchen utensils, china, glassware, oven ware and cutlery are housed here in the numerous cupboards.

GARDEN
An attractive large front garden with a large lawn and many varieties of trees, shrubs and flowers faces south with a good view of the sea. Children enjoy the fully furnished Playhouse full of dolls and toys, guaranteed to keep them busy! A patio complete with outdoor furniture gives the opportunity to enjoy a meal with views of the garden onward to the sea. Relax with a morning coffee or refreshment and watch the ships sailing by. A separate walled-in garden at the gable-end of the house captures the evening sun and sunset over the cornfields. An old wishing well in the garden gives the opportunity for making a wish come true!

There is private parking for two vehicles.
